The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Galway has announced the appointment of Andrew Drysdale as General Manager. The Shannon native, joins from Farnham Estate Golf & Spa Resort, Co Cavan where he worked as General Manager since 2012. Andrew has been working with Carlson Rezidor since 2002 when he took up his first assignment at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Limerick and has successfully progressed through the ranks with roles in the Radisson Blu Farnham Estate Cavan, Park Inn by Radisson Shannon and also in previous years as Assistant Manager at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa in Galway. Andrew is delighted to return to Galway to take up his new role as General Manager and is looking forward to the challenge of leading the hotel forward and onto a new chapter. Originally from Tullyvarraga Hill Shannon, Andrew attended St Patricks Comprehensive before studying hotel management at the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.

Andrew Drysdale is an alumnus of Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology – Class of 2001.
