Mariana Nunes joins Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro as Director of Guest Experience. She is responsible for leading the rooms, spa, engineering, security and food & beverage operations of the hotel with a focus on the guest experience, in establishing the positioning of Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro in the market, as well as supporting Hyatt’s goal of driving preference for customers and associates. A native of Rio de Janeiro, Nunes began her career with Hyatt as a rooms intern at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati in 2000 and evolved her luxury experience with Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt hotels, working in Chicago, Santiago, Tokyo and Dubai.
