Tricia Sterling has been appointed as Spa Director at Kona Kai Resort & Spa

(NHHR) – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – proudly announces the appointment of Tricia Sterling as spa director at SpaTerre at Kona Kai Resort & Spa, located at the tip of Shelter Island in San Diego. In her new role, Sterling will create innovative spa experiences and oversee stellar customer service. “We’re thrilled to have Tricia as our new spa director at SpaTerre, Shelter Island’s only world-class spa. We are confident she will succeed in taking SpaTerre to the next level through her leadership and ambition, combined with her extensive experience in the industry to transform spas into remarkable and notable destinations,” said Brad Naucler, general manager at Kona Kai Resort & Spa.” Sterling is joining the Kona Kai Resort & Spa team with previous experience as Spa Director at Cal a Vie, one of the top ten destination resort spas in the world, and The Spa at The Sporting Club, where she implemented new protocols for new services through her own research of cosmeceutical skin care lines, increasing retail sales by 30%. Having more than a decade of experience in the industry, Sterling has progressed in a variety of key roles, including those in esthetic education, where she created curriculum and managed coursework for students at PCA Skin and Bellus Academy.
