Montage Beverly Hills recently appointed Amelia Winfrey as Spa Director of Spa Montage Beverly Hills. Winfrey brings more than a decade of experience to one of the nation's most celebrated zip codes. In her new role, Winfrey oversees daily operations and wellness programs at Beverly Hills' only Forbes Five Star spa. The 20,000-sq. ft. urban sanctuary includes a comprehensive range of treatments designed for optimal wellness and visible results along with a designated spa retail space, well-appointed facilities featuring resort-style amenities and a mosaic tiled co-ed mineral pool a robust fitness program and a skilled team of talented spa therapists and estheticians. Previously, Winfrey was Spa and Retail Director of The Ritz-Carlton, Denver. Additionally, Winfrey served as the Spa and Recreation Director of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, where she was recognized as a Manager of the Quarter, and Spa and Fitness Director of The New York Palace in Midtown Manhattan. Born and raised in Colorado, Winfrey studied hospitality management and global tourism marketing at Colorado State University in Fort Collins and James Cook University in Australia, where she earned a bachelor of science degree. Possessing an adventurous spirit and a warm personality, when not leading the team at Spa Montage Winfrey enjoys cooking, wine, exploration, and travel.
