Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley International Airport has promoted Dave Mattesen to director of operations of the 237-room hotel, which is managed by Waterford Hotel Group. Mattesen will oversee the rooms and food and beverage departments, including budgeting, scheduling, associate training and development, and inventory. Mattesen has held positions at the Sheraton since 2005, including banquet supervisor, assistant outlets manager, banquet manager, food and beverage manager, front-office manager and, most recently, food and beverage operations manager. John Loyacano serves as general manager for the hotel.
