With 17 years’ experience in human resources and people development in the hospitality sector, Julia Fowler joins the InterContinental London – The O2 from her role as HR Business Partner at D&D London and prior to that at ISS Facility Services UK and Accor Hotels; bringing with her invaluable experience in recruitment and retention in both the hotel and restaurant sector. In her role as HR Director, Julia is responsible for the recruitment and training programmes of up to an estimated 500+ team members within the hotel’s first full year of operation and a commitment to secure 40% from the local community and up to 25 full time apprentices.
