Bahaa Malaeb has been appointed as Director of Sales at Al Manshar Rotana Hotel Kuwait

Al Manshar Rotana Hotel Kuwait has appointed Bahaa Malaeb as the new director of sales. Having previously worked in five-star hotel sales, Malaeb joins from Jumeirah Group Kuwait as head of government sales handling key oil and gas accounts as well as government sector and group accommodation for event requirements. Malaeb, however, is not new to Rotana as he previously worked in the group as a night manager in 2008 and was promoted to sales manager in 2010. As director of sales, Malaeb will be responsible for implementing all sales plans activities and maximising the property’s business opportunities. Moreover, he is also responsible for leading Al Manshar Rotana’s MICE business. He will support in implementing the segment sales strategy in a push to achieve segment revenue goals, overall property goals and guests satisfaction.
