Le Méridien Angkor announced the appointment of Md. Mahbubor Rahman as General Manager. In his new role, Md. Mahbubor will oversee the operations and will also be responsible for the overall management of the hotel. Md. Mahbubor began his extensive career with Starwood 20 years ago at the Dhaka Sheraton Hotel, Bangladesh. Over the course of his career, he has undertaken four hotel openings, two city hotel conversions and has headed finance teams of several hotels, with his most recent appointment as Cluster Director of Finance for Plaza Athénée, A Royal Méridien Hotel, Le Méridien Bangkok, Vana Belle, A Luxury Collection Resorts in Koh Samui and Sheraton Samui Resort.
