Playa Largo Resort & Spa, the newest addition to Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, is proud to announce the appointment of Jason Roma as Director of Restaurants for the resort, set to open in Spring 2016. As Director of Restaurants, Roma will oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of all restaurants, in-room dining, bars and pool & beach service. Roma brings more than 28 years of hospitality experience, starting with the Ritz Carlton and most recently as Managing Partner of Kiki’s Sandbar on Little Torch Key & General Manager of Guy Harvey’s Island Grill in Key West.
