A maven hotelier with 20 years of experience across three continents, Debs spent a big part of his career at Intercontinental Hotels Group in Europe and the Middle East.Debs’ experience spans across all aspects of the hospitality industry - from hotel openings to revamping and rebranding, mounting hospitality divisions and consulting. With a multicultural exposure and personality, Roland has an outstanding ability to adapt to varied situations, cultures and challenges.
