Cavalry Court and The George hotels in College Station, have named Lydia Godfrey as Director of Sales and Marketing. Godfrey will be responsible for the positioning and opening of these two new hotels coming into the College Station market and overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the hotels’ marketing efforts and sales teams. Before joining Valencia Group, Godfrey served as the Director of Development at the Texas A&M foundation for the Mays Business School from 2013 – 2015. Prior to that, she worked for the Hilton College Station and Conference Center for 18 years in various sales roles including the Director of Sales and Marketing. Godfrey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. She is married with twin boys, who are freshmen in college.
