Q&A Residential Hotel, the first under 30-day stay experience from renowned furnished apartment provider Furnished Quarters, today announced that Johanna Bellaïche has been promoted to serve as the property’s General Manager. Bellaïche joined Furnished Quarters in November 2015 as Hotel Manager for Q&A.
In her new role, Bellaïche will oversee management of the first Q&A Residential Hotel. Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, the hotel features accommodations that average three times larger than typical New York City hotel rooms as each suite is a real apartment with a full-sized kitchen. Adopting elements of the European serviced apartment model, Furnished Quarters outfitted Q&A with many amenities and services akin to those found in luxury hotels.
Bellaïche brings more than a decade of professional and progressive experience in the hospitality industry to her new role at Furnished Quarters, with expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiencies, team building, and project management. Prior to joining Furnished Quarters, Bellaïche worked at Gansevoort Hotel Group for Gansevoort Park Avenue and Gansevoort Meatpacking in New York. Bellaïche joined Gansevoort in 2005, was promoted multiple times, and perfected her hospitality and management skills catering to a clientele similar to that of Q&A.
