Not only did Mr. Reyes reach General Manager at a young age, but he also had the privilege and responsibility of opening the Lodge at Big Bear Lake, which is California’s first Holiday Inn Resort. Mr. Reyes is passionate about revenue management and quality of service and product, and he gets motivated by great reviews and daily rate management.
