Mr. Tasende, who has worked for the Marriott brand for nearly 15 years, brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering outstanding customer service and unprecedented revenue increases. Throughout his successful career Mr. Tasende has been continually committed to excellent operational management – increasing profit margins and overall satisfaction rates at each of his resorts. His superior leadership skills and the record-breaking results he has achieved in each position have been recognised with a number of awards (both personal and for the resorts), including the General Manager Financial Excellence Award (CALA Region 2013), the Hotel of the Year Award (CALA Region 2014) and the Mustang Award for Innovation (CALA Region 2014).
