Viceroy Hotel Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Antonio Flores as General Manager at its newest San Francisco property, Hotel Zeppelin slated to open in March 2016; Michel Notten as General Manager at Hotel Zetta San Francisco; and Michael Gonsalves as Area Director of Sales and Marketing at both properties. Michel Notten will be assuming the role as General Manager at Hotel Zetta, bringing fifteen years of experience in hotel management along with him. Prior to joining Viceroy, Michel spent twelve years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts throughout North America, the Caribbean and Mexico. Most recently he held the position of Hotel Manager at W Fort Lauderdale in Florida where he established an impressive track record by maximizing revenues and regularly exceeding guest expectations. Michel is a European native, multi-lingual with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
