Anna Novoselova has been appointed as Housekeeping Manager at The InterContinental Mark Hopkins

The InterContinental Mark Hopkins is proud to announce the following new hires and promotions across the engineering, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams. Recently promoted to Housekeeping Manager, Anna Novoselova brings global hospitality experience to the InterContinental Mark Hopkins. She first joined InterContinental Hotels Group as a Front Desk Agent for the Holiday Inn Moscow Simonovsky. She then assumed the role of Assistant Front Office Manager and later Training Manager in the Human Resources Department before moving to San Francisco, accepting the position of Assistant Manager, Housekeeping for the InterContinental Mark Hopkins. As the newly appointed Housekeeping Manager, Anna continues to oversee and supervise the 60 – 70 employees in the Housekeeping Department. Most recently, she was promoted to Night Manager.
