Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, the largest full-service beachfront resort hotel on Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, has announced the appointment of Kayleigh Pascual as the resort’s new assistant spa director. In this position, Pascual will assist in all aspects of spa operation at resort’s award-winning Serenity by the sea Spa. Pascual was most recently the lead at Beau Rivage Spa & Salon in Biloxi, Mississippi, where she assisted in day-to-day operations of the spa and salon, focusing on front desk operations and training and on-boarding of new spa attendants. Pascual also performed supervisory duties, including internal communication between staff and management, and professional development and customer service training of staff. Pascual held past management positions with Massage Green Spa, a national network of spas throughout the country.
