Since his graduation , Maurice has held many executive positions :Senior Consultant for Horwath in Portugal for 4 years, General Manager Accor Asia Pacific for 6 years (various hotels in Indonesia and Malaysia for Novotel (Bukitinggi) and Mercure (Johor Bahru) and Novotel Batam), General Manager Intercontinental Hotel group Crowne Plaza in Amsterdam Holiday Inn in Amman, Jordan and the Holiday Inn in Safaga - Red Sea – Egypt, Area General Manager Waka Resorts and Spa - Tauzia Hotel Management, General Manager Rotana Hotels and Resorts - Dubai for 5 years,Ras Al Khaimah ,Cluster General Manager Rotana Tiran and Montazah, Sharm el Sheik for 2 years, and more recently General Manager Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Muscat, Oman
