Brenner joined Loews in 2014, and moves up from his role as SVP and corporate controller. In his new position, Brenner will oversee all aspects of finance, accounting, reporting, strategic planning and risk management. His appointment comes as a result of CFO Vince Dunleavy's retirement at the end of this year.
