Eaton, Hong Kong is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms Leona Wong as Director of Human Resources. With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Leona has strong Human Resources management as well as pre-opening experiences in various leading hotels in the market. Prior to joining Eaton, Hong Kong, Leona was the Human Resources Manager of The Hong Kong Club. In 2007, Leona joined the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong as Human Resources Manager as the task force of the pre-opening team. Leona also held managerial positions for various hotels including the pre-opening of Royal View Hotel in Hong Kong and Best Western Hotel in Macau. Leona will assist Sherona Shng, General Manager of Eaton, Hong Kong, in leading the HR team moving forward according to the strategies of the hotel. She will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Department handling full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Quality, CSR and Learning and Development.
