Nader Halim has been appointed as General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island

Nader Halim has been selected as the new GM for DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Halim’s new appointment took place in March 2016. The Egyptian hotelier has 18 years of experience in international hospitality, 14 of which have been spent working with Hilton Worldwide within the GCC. Halim graduated from Helwan University in Cairo with a degree from the Faculty of Tourism & Hotels. He joined Hilton Worldwide in 2002, working as a sales manager for Hilton Al Ain. Halim later moved to Ras Al Khaimah as cluster director of sales for Hilton Worldwide. He was then promoted to director of business development. In 2012, Halim was selected as the GM for the Hilton Salalah Resort in Oman. Under Halim’s management, the property gained a World Travel Award as Oman’s leading hotel for three consecutive years, as well as a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

Nader Halim is an alumnus of Helwan University .
