Rohitha Pradeep has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Dubai

Hyatt Regency Dubai has appointed Rohitha Pradeep as its director of food and beverage for the property. Pradeep joins Hyatt Regency Dubai from his recently held position as assistant director of F&B at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Pradeep will manage the food and beverage operations for the property, which will include the hotel’s revolving restaurant Al Dawaar and Japanese restaurant Miyako. After completing his studies in hospitality management at Ceylon Hotel School in 2000, Pradeep began his career with Taj Samudra Colombo, Sri Lanka in July 2000 and later moved to Hilton Colombo. He joined Hyatt hotels in March 2003 as part of the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Dubai. He subsequently gained experience in various roles in the food and beverage division until he was promoted to assistant food and beverage director at Grand Hyatt Dubai in November 2012.
