Stavros Mavridis has been appointed as Spa Director at Miraggio Thermal Spa & Resort

On 27th May 2016 Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort officially opened its doors. A cornerstone for wellness offerings, the resort is an incredible destination, combining thermal energy from below the earth’s crust with healing thalasso energy from the sea - which not only caters to the extensive thermal and thalasso pools but also powers up to two thirds of the hotel. Heavily involved within the Greek spa industry for the last 12 years, wellness expert, Stavros Mavridis is the Spa Director of this unique and exciting new property. With a dynamic background having worked with international hotels across Greece including opening five other spas, Stavros’ vision goes beyond the needs of the guests and focuses on creating authentic, personalised and memorable experiences. Stavros’ specialist background includes hands on experience in physiotherapy & sports science, being a member of the Global Wellness Initiatives for Hot Springs & Baltic to Black Sea and as a mentor on the Global Mentorship program. Stavros is deeply passionate about his work and strongly believes in the important impact on wellness. Destined to become a magnet for luxury wellness aficionados, Stavros’ aim is to ensure Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort holds a strong and unwavering commitment to wellness. As the Spa Director, his involvement focuses on the development of the spa concept, its design, the marketing and sales strategy, purchasing of equipment, menu development and staff training creating authentic, personalised and memorable experiences.
