LBA Hospitality, a full-scale hotel management, development and consulting firm, has appointed Lance Fischer general manager and Amy Snider director of sales of its soon-to-open Hampton Inn and Suites Carolina Beach Oceanfront in North Carolina. As general manager, Fischer will manage the property’s day-to-day operations and embrace LBA’s company-wide goal of providing exceptional guest service. Fischer has been immersed in the hospitality industry for more than seven years, most recently serving as assistant general manager of Courtyard by Marriott in Wilmington, N.C.
