Hilton Worldwide has named Maria Chevalier executive director of business travel sales. Chevalier previously served as global vice president of corporate incubation at Travelport. Prior to that, she headed her own consulting firm, held travel management roles at Hewlett-Packard and Johnson & Johnson, worked in various executive positions at BCD Travel and acted as COO at The Travel Desk. While serving as global director of travel and meeting services at Johnson & Johnson, Chevalier was named Business Travel News' 2010 Travel Manager of the Year and a 2009 Best Practitioner. In 2010, the Association of Corporate Travel Executives honored her with its Driving Innovation & Industry Change Award.
