Born in Adelaide, Australia, Rachael’s 19-year career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts began in F&B at Sheraton on the Park, Sydney. She then moved on to numerous roles at Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, The Westin Melbourne and The Westin Auckland Lighter Quay. Captivated by the diverse culture of Malaysia, Rachael moved to Kuala Lumpur in 2010 to join The Westin Kuala Lumpur. Over her 6 years at The Westin, she held various key management positions including Hotel Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. During her free time, Rachael enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband and her two beautiful daughters.

Rachael Harman is an alumnus of International College of Hotel Management (ICHM) .
