The Keating Hotel is operated by San Diego-based hotel management company, RAR Hospitality.Adam Della Rocca brings nearly 10 years of hospitality experience from international hotels in Central America and the United Kingdom including The Wheatley Arms and Popa Paradise Beach Resort. Prior to joining RAR Hospitality and The Keating Hotel team, he was general manager of the Surfer Beach Hotel in San Diego.
