Grand Hyatt Dubai has appointed a new head chef to its steakhouse, Manhattan Grill. Liz Nuñez was previously senior sous chef at Grand Hyatt Doha and before that she was chef de partie at the same property. The Argentinan national has introduced a new menu, although signature steaks remain the focal point.
