Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok has appointed Sebastian de Vizacaya as Director of Food and Beverage. Sebastian worked previously as Food and Beverage Manager at the Banyan Tree and Angsana Lang Co in Central Vietnam. He began his career in Morocco at the Angsana Riads Collection in Marrakech before moving to the Banyan Tree Al Wadi – Ras Al Khaimah in UAE.Sebastian is a French national and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management from Institute Vatel, at the International Hotel Management School in Marrakech, Morocco. Sebastian’s native language is French but also speaks fluent English, Arabic and Spanish with basic language skills in Dutch and German. With his experience and expertise in food and beverage roles Sebastian will provide and deliver the ultimate culinary experiences and service whilst driving culinary innovation and creativity at the Siam Kempinski Bangkok.

Sebastian de Vizcaya is an alumnus of Institut Vatel - International Hotel Management School – Class of 2010.
