Bruno Guillard has been appointed as director of food and beverage at Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski

Bruno Guillard
Guillard has spent 19 years in the hospitality industry and has worked in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He began his hospitality journey in 1997 in China as an assistant banquet manager in Peninsula-Palace hotel, before he returned to his native France as a restaurant manager from 1998 to 2005. In 2005, he joined the Al-Qasr – Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai as an assistant F&B manager. From 2009 to 2015 Guillard worked as a director of F&B in several hotels in Singapore and France. His Kempinski journey began in 2015, when he joined the Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah in Dubai in 2015.
