Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai has appointed Rene Guttzeit as its new executive chef. According to a recent release, "Guttzeit will drive innovation, maintain a competitive edge within the market and lead a highly skilled team of restaurant professionals". In his new role, the German national will oversee the operations of the restaurant, in-room dining and banquet areas. He joins Sheraton Grand with over 25 years experience at five-star hotels around the world.
