Dantil brings to Ritz over 20 years of hospitality experience. One of his key objectives will be to continue to grow the hotel’s position within the local, regional and international markets. Dantil joins The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain from The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, where he served as the general manager for two-and-a-half years. Of Argentinian-German heritage, he grew up spending time between the UK and Switzerland. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Dantil opened the Das Stue hotel in Berlin - which was recently voted as one of the top ten hotels in Germany on Tripadvisor and Conde Nast Traveller.

Jean-Paul Dantil is an alumnus of Glion Institute of Higher Education – Class of 1996.
