The British national has an honours degree, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from IIMT, Oxford Brookes University in the UK. With over 14 years of hospitality experience, he started his career in revenue management in 2003 with the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels – a collection of four and five star luxury hotels within London, Manchester and Heathrow. Sood then joined Carlson Rezidor Hotels in the UK as senior cluster revenue manager in 2013 before being appointed head of revenue & distributions at the Splendid Hospitality Group.
