Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of luxury hospitality professional Ledia Cámara as the new director of the Cenote Spa. Cámara joins the luxury Playa del Carmen resort as part of an ambitious project that promises to further position the Cenote Spa as one of the world's most renowned destination spas. An established leader in the hospitality industry, Cámara has 17 years of experience, 13 of which have been dedicated to spa management, with expertise and specialty in aromatherapy, elaboration of cosmetic and medicinal natural products, and cosmetology. In her quest to expand her knowledge and experience of all the departments of the hospitality industry, she began her studies as a spa therapist and aromatherapy medicine in 2004.
