Gluckmann, a Spanish national draws from experience across five different countries and has managed F&B operations in a variety of properties ranging from boutique hotels to large scale resorts and corporate city hotels. Gluckmann has also worked with a number of well-known international brands including Etihad Airways. Most recently, he led the complete outlet renovations of Siddhartha Lounge in 2016 as operations manager and F&B manager at Grosvenor House Hotel.

Enrique Gluckmann is an alumnus of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education – Class of 2007.
