Franklyn D’Costa has been appointed as Director of Food and Beverage at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua

The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has warmly welcomed Mr. Franklyn D’Costa to the appointed role of Director of Food & Beverage. He has arrived on the island direct from chilly England where he was formerly the Operations Manager for De Vere Cotswold Water Park, a luxury countryside hotel and event venue. Franklyn completed two hospitality diplomas before going on to participate in a year-long program as a Management Trainee at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai, India. From there he relocated to Scotland where he studied at a leading Edinburgh university for his B.A in Hospitality Management. As a fresh graduate, Franklyn joined Marriott Hotels & Resorts in 2006 where he primarily worked at properties within the United Kingdom. In only a matter of years he had risen up through the ranks to the position of F&B Manager at the Birmingham Marriott Hotel.

Franklyn D’Costa is an alumnus of Queen Margaret University – Class of 2006.
