Gehard Struger, who was the General Manager of Swissôtel Hotel The Bosphorus, Istanbul for the last 12 years, has been appointed to a new role within the AccorHotels. He was also the Regional Vice President Eastern Europe of FRHI Hotels & Resorts which is now a part of AccorHotels. As of May 2017, Mr. Struger named Regional Vice President Central Europe for Sofitel as well as General Manager of Hotel Sofitel Munich Bayerpost.

Gehard Struger is an alumnus of University of Strathclyde Business School .
