Kami Burnette is the Managing Director based out of Austin, TX. Kamis niche lies in the development of institutional relationships as well as executing hotel transactions across the chain scale in the mid-South region of the country. Prior to PLA, Kami was a Sr. Director for Auction.com/Ten-X where he was intimately involved in growing the Private Client Group to over $1+ Billion in Commercial Real Estate transactions. He also formerly held a Sr. Associate position with LNR Partners where he underwrote over $70 0M in hotel assumptions and worked out 50+ non-performing hotel loans. PLAs Chairman, Daniel Beider stated, Adding an office in Texas has been a goal of ours for some time. Kami not only moves us physically into Texas, but his background and relationships along with his personality and similar perspective on our industry make this the perfect match.
