Georges Mansour has been appointed as Executive Chef at Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut

Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort has appointed Georges Mansour as the property's executive chef to head the hotel’s restaurant outlets and banqueting services. Mansour previously worked for the InterContinental Le Vendôme Beirut as executive chef for almost two years during which he had numerous collaborations with Michelin star chefs such as Fernando Canales, Luciano Zazzeri and Jean Chauvel. He has also gone through several cross training at ‘L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon; and during his most recent role as corporate executive chef at SP Food Holding, he supervised the opening of new concepts in Beirut such as L’avenue Du Parc, Lily’s Café and Celcius restaurant. Mansour holds a Diploma of Honor from the French Gastronomic Institute.
