Emily Issa has been transferred to lead the Human Resources Department at Hili Rayhaan by Rotana hotel in May 2017. Coming from Syria, Emily joined Rotana as Paymaster at Afamia Rotana Resort, Syria on 01 November 2010. She later moved to the UAE in December 2011 where she joined Villa Rotana, Dubai as Human Resources Secretary. In October 2012, Emily got promoted to Human Resources Coordinator and in November 2013 she joined the pre-opening team of Hili Rayhaan by Rotana as Human Resources Officer and later as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Al Ain Rotana in September 2015 before being promoted to her current position as Human Resources Manager. Emily has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. In her free time, Emily loves to work-out, read and travel to explore the culture and the beauty of the world. She lives by the philosophy of “We rise by lifting others, see the light in others and treat them as if that is all you see”.
