This promotion follows the celebration of Thom’s 13th year with the company. A graduate of Ohio State University, he has spent 25+ years in the hospitality industry, including on-property roles in both sales and operations, and corporate roles in sales and talent management. Thom manages recruitment, including marketing, third-party partnerships, screening and post-hire relocation and future career development for Concord’s 4,000+ associates. He is also responsible for the company’s mentorship program and is an active leader in charity initiatives within the company.
