Tolentino began his hospitality career in Seaport District of Boston working at well-known hotels in the area. He then relocated to Cape Cod and has spent the last 7 years working at popular resorts including the Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club as the Director of Front Office and the Sea Crest Beach Hotel as the Director of Rooms. Most recently, he served as Assistant General Manager at the Blue Water & Riviera Beach Resorts since 2013. The Fairfield Inn & Suites Hyannis is managed by Waterford Hotel Group.

Tomas Tolentino is an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University – Class of 2003.
