Amber Treshnell has been appointed as CEO, Americas at John Paul

AccorHotels’ loyalty and concierge services arm, John Paul, has appointed Amber Treshnell as CEO, Americas. In this newly established role, she will be responsible for overall company performance in the Americas, building on recent successes and ensuring the continued growth of the business. John Paul was established in Paris in 2007 and merged with LesConcierges in 2015. AccorHotels acquired the group in November 2016. Treshnell brings more than 19 years of experience to John Paul after spending five years as business development director, North America at Ten Group where she was responsible for growing the U.S. and Canada markets. Prior to this she spent 14 years in the banking industry, where she held a variety of leadership roles, most notably within card, retail banking and wealth management, within financial services companies such as Bank of America, Redwood Credit Union, Tamalpais Bank, American Express, and Washington Mutual.
