Live! Casino & Hotel today announced that MING MAK has been named Executive Director of International Relationship Marketing. In his new role, Mr. Mak will leverage 30 years of experience in the gaming industry to increase international player development with a special emphasis on Asian customers. He will lead the Live! Casino multicultural team, whose members speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean and Indonesian. Live! Casino & Hotel enjoys a strong relationship with Asian customers and recently added a prominent section in the heart of the casino featuring Asian-themed slots and popular table games, including Baccarat. Prior to joining Live! Casino & Hotel, Mr. Mak worked at Thunder Valley Casino Resort in northern California as a marketing executive for player development. He has opened five Asian gaming rooms at properties in Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and was also first to open an Asian gaming room and noodle bar concept in Atlantic City.
