In 2013, Paul was appointed Hotel Manager at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney, where he oversaw the Engineering, Front Office, Restaurants, Bars and Events, and Housekeeping teams. In a career spanning more than 20 years in operations and F&B, Paul had worked at Cypress Lake Resort in Hunter Valley, as well as hotel brands such as Radisson, InterContinental Hotels Group and Rydges. Paul’s promotion to General Manager will see him taking charge of the 277-room Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka. Located in central Dhaka, the hotel is situated prominently in the centre of Bangladesh’s Diplomatic Zone and commercial district, and in proximity to the city’s historical sites and shopping options.
