Ian Taylor has been appointed as Director of Operations at Fairmont Kea Lani

Charles Head, GM of the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, Hawaii, appointed Ian Taylor to director of operations for the property. Ian will oversee operations of the 450-key all-suite and villa resort’s front-office, housekeeping, Willow Stream Spa, food-and-beverage, safety and security and guest-experience departments. Taylor brings more than 15 years of senior operations leadership in luxury hotels to his position at Fairmont Kea Lani. He most recently served as the director of operations for the St. Regis Princeville Resort on Kauai Island. Prior to coming to the islands, Ian worked director of operations at Delta Winnipeg, and led the rooms division as part of the opening team at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai. He served as director of rooms at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Ian has also held various senior operations positions with Four Seasons Resorts, Crowne Plaza/InterContinental Hotels Group and Hilton.
