Rotana Hotel Management is delighted to announce the promotion of Craig Bruce as Cluster General Manager for Hala Arjaan by Rotana alongside his current profile as General Manager at Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island. Craig joined Rotana Hotels in September 2016, prior to which he held various challenging positions in the UAE, Bostwana, UK and South Africa. In his new role, Craig will be responsible for directing the overall management and operations of the 3 hotels to meet the stringent Rotana standards. He will play a vital role in driving performance across various aspects including financial success, brand value, guest satisfaction and engagement as well as service quality.
