Francisco Sa Teixeira has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Kempinski Hotel Bahia

The Kempinski Hotel Bahia Estepona has announced the appointment of Francisco Sa Teixeira as the new Director of Sales & Marketing. Coming from the Kempinski Doha in the Middle East to the Beach Resort in Spain, Sa Teixeira takes the helm for the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing departments, as well as focusing on achieving the company’s strategic goals. He is committed to building on the hotel’s strong performance record and tapping into new markets to stimulate demand and enhance revenue. Sa Teixeira´s career started in operations at Hilton group and he quickly progressed through the ranks, working at the Sheraton, and Hoteis Real Group in Portugal representing nine 4* and 5* hotels including the famous Villa Italia in Lisbon. He joined the sales department at Kempinski Doha in 2014 where he was quickly promoted to Director of Sales. Sa Teixeira holds an Executive Masters in Hotel Management from ESHTE and Universidade Catolica Portugal and has studied at the HEC Paris, and Cornell University in the US. In addition to his native Portuguese language, he also speaks fluent Spanish, English and French. When not working, he loves to travel and is a “sport freak” loving surfing and mountaineering.
