Cihan Kucukcavdar has been appointed as executive chef at Towers Rotana Dubai

Towers Rotana Dubai has appointed Turkish national Cihan Kucukcavdar as the new executive chef.

Hailing from Istanbul, Kucukcavdar has had extensive experience in the industry within various kitchens in hotels and restaurants throughout Turkey and Europe. In his new role, Kucukcavdar will oversee the hotel"s outlets including the Teatro, Flavours on Two and Long"s Bar.

The hotel has also appointed a new director of rooms. Commenting on the appointments Towers Rotana general manager Hossam Mansour said: "We are delighted to welcome chef Cihan on board, while promoting Zeinab Abbas to director of rooms. With both of them leading our culinary team, and operational departments, I am confident they will both further advance the quality and standards throughout the hotel.
