Brent Stone has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Snow King Resort
BENCHMARK®, a global hospitality company, has appointed Brent Stone director of food & beverage for Snow King Resort, a Benchmark Resorts & Hotels property located in Jackson, Wyoming. Geoff Young, general manager, made the announcement.
Brent Stone previously served as banquet manager for Snow King Resort. Prior to joining the property, he held the position of banquet caption and lead server for the Lodge & Spa at Cordillera in Edwards, Colorado. He has also worked in food and beverage positions of increasing responsibility for the Vail Mountain Resort & Spa, the Manor Vail Lodge and the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, among others.
Mr. Stone is a graduate of the Fresno Institute of Technology. He resides in Jackson.
